TERMS OF SERVICE LAST UPDATE: January 2026These are the Terms and Conditions for my art commissions. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.PAYMENTS
1. All payments must be made 100% upfront before any work begins.
2. No payment plans or partial payments are accepted.
3. Payments are accepted via PayPal (USD) for international customers or bank transfer (PLN) for local customers.
4. Work will not begin until full payment has been received.
5. The Customer is responsible for any currency conversion or transfer fees.
6. Payment is considered complete only once the Seller has received the full amount.PRODUCT DELIVERY
7. The finished artwork will be delivered digitally (via email or download link).
8. Any alternative delivery method must be agreed upon before work starts and may involve additional costs.
9. After delivery, the Customer is responsible for safely storing the files.
10. The Seller is not responsible for lost files, expired links or delivery issues beyond their control.
11. Backup copies are not guaranteed after delivery.REVISIONS
12. The Customer is entitled to one complete revision during the sketching phase.
13. Minor edits after completion (such as small color or detail adjustments) are allowed within reasonable limits.
14. Any additional or excessive changes will require prior agreement and may result in an extra fee.REFUND POLICY
15. A full refund may be requested if no progress has been made for two consecutive months or if the artwork is not completed within four months, excluding delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies.
16. Lack of timely communication from the Customer may be considered approval of the current state of the artwork.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
17. The artwork is for personal use only.
18. Commercial use requires a separate agreement and additional fees.
19. The artwork may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain related technologies or AI training, datasets or tools, including any present or future technologies.CANCELLATIONS
20. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission, with a full refund, without providing a reason.
21. Disrespectful behaviour may result in order cancellation and a partial or full refund depending on work completed.
